"HOW TO MAKE INSTANT GINGER"


·         The ingredient we will use include:

- Gingers

 

·         The tools that we will use are:

- Tissues

- Knife

- Cutting board

- Pan

- Oven

- Blender

- Strainer

- Bowl

- Stove

- Frying pan

- Spatula

- Ziplock.

 

·         The steps are:

      1st choose a ginger that has been washed, then dry the ginger with a tissue to make the drying process faster.

       2nd After that, peel off all the ginger skin.

4.      After that, thinly slice all of the ginger.

5.      Put all the thinly sliced ginger on a pan neatly.

6.      Put it in the oven at around 100 degrees celsius for about 2 hours.

7.      And now we can put the dry ginger sliced into the blender and blend it until smooth.

8.      Roast it to make the ginger dry more evenly.

9.      After we roasted it, now we can filter it to seperate the residue.

10  And now your instan ginger is done

       To make it last longer, you can put in a glass or an airtight place. Put it in a room temperature and it will last for more than a month.
